On Monday, 18th January 2016, Grameen Telecom Trust (GTT), signed investment agreements with Thirty (30) Nobin Udyoktas (NU), who presented their business proposals at the 34th In-house Executive Design Lab of GTT/167th Design Lab (Yunus Centre) at the Social Business Learning Centre (SBLC) of GTT. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Parveen Mahmud, Managing Director of Grameen Telecom Trust. Also present in the meeting was the social business team of GTT and entourage members of Honorable Chief Minister of Malaysian State of Perak, Dr Zambry Bin Abdul Kadir. Lead by Dr. Mazalan Bin Kamis, CEO of Institut Darul Ridzuan (IDR) & Dato Ismail Bin Saffian, Chief Executive of Yayasan Bina Upaya Darul Ridzuan (YBUDR) a team of Nine (9) members witnessed the proceeding.
This was the Seventieth (70th) batch of Nobin Udyokta signing investment agreements with GTT and this takes the total number of NU projects signed to One Thousand and Ninety Seven (1097). Grameen Telecom Trust under its Nobin Udyokta program is providing assistance to the new entrepreneurs through investments and other ancillary services.
